n May 2014 we found out that we were going to be adding another member to our family and we couldn't have been more overjoyed. At 18 weeks we decided to find out the gender of the baby, we were told we were expecting a little girl, however, she was very, very poorly. We were asked if we wanted to end the pregnancy but for us this was never an option. For the next 22 weeks we carried on, hoping and praying for a miracle. Sofia Nicole Moore was born via cesarean section on Monday 16th February at 11:08am. The neo-natal did everything they could for her but we had to take the painful decision of taking her off life support and she sadly passed away at 19:03pm Monday evening. We got to spend 8 hours with her which we will treasure forever.
